Richard H. Bristow, 87, of Hockessin, DE died on Friday, January 20th, 2012 at Christiana Hospital. He was born to Bennett and Amelia Bristow in Chester, where he was reared and educated. Dick was employed for many years by the Aldon Rug Mills in Lenni, Pa.

He was predeceased by 5 siblings. He is survived by his brother, Robert Bristow; Sisters, Mildred Pattie, Eleanor Smith and Helen Harrison; Many nieces and nephews.

His funeral service will be celebrated at 12pm on Wednesday, January 25th at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home, 1459 Market St., Linwood, Pa. Friends and family are invited to visit from 11am-12pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Lawn Croft Cemetery.
