Donald L. Boyles, 81, of Boothwyn, died Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. He was born to Walter and Ruby Boyles in Allenville, MO. Donald worked as a truck driver for the Schmidt’s Brewery in Philadelphia. He also worked for Groat Brothers Trucking in Woodland, WA for many years until his retirement.

He was a merchant Marine from 1952-1954. Donald was a Pilgrim of the Moose Lodge 2394 in Woodland, WA as well as a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Kelso, WA. He also enjoyed racing motorcycles.

He was predeceased by his sister, Evelyn Cucinotta. He is survived by 2 Daughters, Margaret Beam and Bonnie Mackrell; 2 Sons, Jeffrey Boyles and Donald Boyles, Jr.; 2 brothers, Walter and Ernest Boyles; 2 Sisters, Pauline Lovella and Judy Hellinger; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

His memorial service will be celebrated at 3pm on Sunday, October 30 at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, Pa. Friends and family are invited to call from 2pm-3pm at the funeral home.
