Patricia E Horn, age 72 passed away peacefully at her home in Chester, surrounded by her loved ones. Patricia was born in Philadelphia, where she attended West Catholic High School. Pat was a long-term worker at Sunoco and was known as mama dukes. She was an avid Phillies fan, enjoyed going to wildwood and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She was pre-deceased by her parents James Horn and Margaret Carr-Horn, brothers James Horn and George Horn.

Survived by her beloved children James (Angela), Robert (Karina), Ellen and Richard, grandchildren Josalynn, Brianna, Mariah, Blake, Joseph, Karter, Khloe and Peyton. Siblings Jack Horn, Margaret Teporelli (Mike), Marie Horn, William Horn, Susan Hewlett (Brian), Maureen Horn, Catherine Horn, Eleanor Ranieri (Tony), Delores Taylor (Frank) and many nieces and nephews.

Her services will be held on Tuesday July 21, at 11am at Ward Funeral Home 1459 market st Linwood, PA.

Calling hour will be from 10-11 am. Burial will be private. Donations can be made to Go Fund Me in the name of Patricia E. Horn.
