Mark Sciocchetti, 72 of Ohio, formerly of Marcus Hook, passed away on July 14th. He was born in Chester to the late Anthony and Betty Irey Sciocchetti. He was a graduate of St. James High School with the class of 1964. Mark is a veteran of the United States Army. He was stationed at Fort Dix where he played clarinet in the Army Band. He worked for the US Postal Service in Chester for over 30 years. He was an avid fan of Philadelphia sports.
Mark is survived by his children, Susan Sciocchetti, Amy Sciocchetti, Daniel Sciocchetti, and Leslie Sciocchetti; brother, John Sciocchetti; 3 grandchildren. His funeral service will be held on Monday, July 23rd at 11am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA. Friends and family are invited to call from 10-11am at the funeral home.
