Walter J. “Wally” Yannuzzi, 63, of Cochranville, PA passed away on Sunday, August 8th at his home surrounded by family. He was born and raised in Marcus Hook to the late Robert and Barbara Yannuzzi. Wally worked for over 35 years in the Lower Merion School District. He loved doing yardwork and cutting the grass. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife, Mary. Wally loved his dogs, Shaq, Max, and JoJo.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Wally Yannuzzi; grandson, Tyler Yannuzzi; brother, Charles Yannuzzi.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Mary Yannuzzi; children, Robert Lazar (Heather), Nichlas Lazar, Michael Yannuzzi (Maryann), Brian Yannuzzi (April); grandchildren, Trent, Piper, Willow, Nathan, Evan, Anthony, Joey, Antonio, and Daisy; siblings, Bobby Yannuzzi, Michelle Yannuzzi, and Phyllis Robuck; many nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be held on Friday, August 13th at 1pm at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA. Friends and family are invited to his viewing from 12-1pm. Burial will follow in SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
I worked with Wally and his brother Charlie and their mother at Riddle Hospital in the early 1980s. I have many fond memories of working with them. My prayers are with the surviving family members
sorry to read of your passing wally, we were friends for a while in marcus hook pa. we had a lot of conversations in years past.

Mary, I am so,so sorry to hear this. My heart breaks for you. Wally has his wings , and he’s around you. Wally isn’t suffering anymore, he’s free now of pain and sickness. He has a new body now..
