Toni Lynn Hoffert-Snow, 52, of Riverside, NJ formerly of Marcus Hook died on Saturday, May 6th, 2017 at Lourdes Medical Center. Toni was raised and educated in Upper Chichester where she attended Chichester High School. She worked as a Pharmacy Technician for Rite-Aid for 18 years before retiring due to her health.

She enjoyed being around people. She also enjoyed vacationing and camping in up-state New York. Toni was a lover of animals and an advocate for them.

She is predeceased by her Mother, Nancy Hoffert who died in 2015. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Snow; Daughter, Bianca Hoffert; Father, Robert Hoffert; Sister, Terry Snyder; Brother, Robert Hoffert III; 1 grandson.

Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 13th at 1pm at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home, 1459 Market St. Linwood, Pa. Friends and family are invited to call from 12pm-1pm at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
