Rosemary McLaughlin, 81, passed away on Monday, November 13th at Thomas Jefferson Hospital. She was born in Chester to the late John and Mary Agnes McGinley. Rosemary went on to graduate from Notre Dame High School with the class of 1960. She worked as an LPN at the Assisi house in Aston, PA, St. Francis hospital and Brandywine Rehab. Rosemary was a woman who was dedicated and loved her family above all else. She was a kind and giving person who was known to donate to a multitude of charities.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Thomas V. McLaughlin, Jr.; son, Sean Michael; brother, David McGinley.
She is survived by her children, Shawn (Kieran), Erin (Pearse), Thomas V., III, Shannon, and Brian; grandchildren, Niamh, Tara, Aidan, Aine, Sean, Kathleen, Roisin, Caitlyn; siblings, John Francis, and Cher Marie.
Her Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 20th at 10:30am at St. John Fisher Church 4225 Chichester Ave. Boothwyn, PA. Friends may call from 9:30am at the church. Burial will follow in Lawn Croft Cemetery. In lieu of flowers send donations to The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
