Robert E. Hoffert, III, 51, of Linwood passed away on Saturday, May 18th at Riddle Memorial Hospital. He was born in Allentown to Robert and Nancy Hoffert. He moved to Delaware County as a sophomore, and graduated from Chichester High School with the class of 1986. He worked in the maintenance department at Benchmark Management Group for the last 3 years. Bob loved animals, especially his dogs. He also enjoyed shooting pool and playing video games. Above all else, he loved his family.
He is predeceased by his mother, Nancy Hoffert; sister, Toni Hoffert-Snow. He is survived by his father, Robert E. Hoffert; sister, Terry Snyder; niece, Bianca Hoffert; great-nephew, Weston Aubry; Uncle, Elroy Hoffert.
His memorial service will be held on Friday, May 24th at 7:30pm at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, Pa. Friends and family are invited to call from 6-7:30 at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
Bob I know we did our fighting but what sister and brother don’t. We are greatly missed and to quite at the house. Ginger misses you to. You were way to young to be taken already!
Such Sad News! Bob was always such a fun guy! I loved watching him and his father “play fighting” with each other, They always brightened your Day! We are saddened by your loss, and will keep you in our Prayers
Im so sorry to learn of Bob’s passing and grew to know and love him in such a short time he’ll be sadly missed and Im only thankful he got his wish to not suffer long with his terrible illness.
