Pearl Evanell Conte, 82, formerly of Boothwyn died on Wednesday, June 22nd at the Renaissance Health Care Facility in Millsboro, De. She was born to Jacob and Frances Miller in Indiana, Pa where she was reared and educated. She was a lifelong member of the Presbyterian Memorial Church in Boothwyn. She was also an active member of the Upper Chichester Senior Citizens Group where she especially enjoyed taking trips with the group. She also enjoyed cooking and sewing. Evanell was dearly loved and will be sadly missed by all who loved her.

She was predeceased by her Husband, Seraphine John “Butch” Conte who died in 2003. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Conte Petkovic of Wilmington, De; Sons, Joseph Neil Conte of Boothwyn and John V. Conte of Chestertown, Md.; Brother, Neil Miller of Maryland; Sister, Doris Levandowski of Glenolden, Pa; 12 Grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; Many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Her Funeral Service will be celebrated on Saturday, June 25th at 10:30am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home, 1459 Market St., Linwood, Pa. Friends and family are invited to call from 9:30am-10:30am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, Pa.
