Patrick “Frenchy” Gendreau

Patrick “Frenchy” M. Gendreau, 70, of Lincoln University, PA, passed away peacefully at his home on June 11th, 2025.

Born and raised in Utica, New York, Patrick was a graduate of Sauquoit Valley High School. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, he honorably served during the Vietnam War. Following his military service, Patrick worked as a Project Manager for NAVSEA with the Department of Defense until his retirement.

Patrick was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and an active member of the HOG Club, ABATE, and Honor Flight. He enjoyed traveling, playing poker, and was a dedicated friend of Bill W.

He was predeceased by his parents, Lionel and Margaret Gendreau; former wife, Patricia Gendreau; sons, Matthew and Michael Robison; daughters, Colleen and Kathleen Robison; and in-laws, John and Miriam McGowan.

Patrick is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Denise Gendreau; his children, Kerri McGough (Dillon), Kristie Allan (Michael), and Brian Robison (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Hannah, Nora, Kristin, Steven, Alexis, and Devin; great-grandchildren; loving niece Patty Graser; and his beloved dogs, Harley and Ziggy.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21, at 11:00 AM at Willowdale Chapel, 111 Vineyard Way, West Grove, PA 19390. Friends and family are invited to a viewing at the church from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Patrick’s memory to Honor Flight at www.honorflight.org/donate

  3. Frenchy had my respect the moment I met him. He was a brother in Arms. I could tell he had the touch. A fellow rider, he was easy to talk about riding. Frenchy lived life and set an example in everything he did. I offer my salute.

    We are only on this earth for a short period of time. If we are lucky enough we meet people that are worth knowing. You my friend were one of those people. Rest Easy my friend and Thank you for your service.
