Patricia A. Cox, 79, of Marcus Hook passed away on Thursday, November 20^th at her home.  She was born, raised, and educated in Marcus Hook where she lived her entire life.  Patty worked at Karen’s Jewelry in both locations on Jewelers Row in Philadelphia and at Booth’s Corner Farmer’s Market.

She was very artistic and loved to create things.  She was friendly and out-going, Patty had the gift of gab.  She enjoyed meeting her group of friends daily for breakfast for many years.  She was a member of the Marcus Hook Senior Citizens Group. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents, Charles, and Helen Ferguson; children, Milissa, and Chuckie; grandson Matthew; nieces, Janet, and Gale; siblings, Betty, Skip, Butch, and Fran.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Bill Cox; grandchildren, Valerie (Alex), Melinda (Brian), Frankie, Jeremy, and Abigail; great-grandchildren, Mariah, Alexis, Lila, Theodore, Adrian and Jaxton.

Her funeral service will be held on Monday, December 1^st at 11am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA.  Friends and family are invited for visitation from 10-11am.  Burial will follow in Lawn Croft Cemetery
