Michele “Mastriano” Buckley’s light gradually dimmed until it passed from this world on October 15, 2025, at the age of 77. Born January 21, 1948, she was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph Mastriano and Mary Fitzgerald.
Michele was an avid reader. She will be remembered for her strength, perseverance dedication to her family and her love of The Wizard of Oz. Always quick to lend an ear and provide her support. She was an anchor for those whose lives she touched; a lifelong friend, dedicated Matriarch and a beautiful soul. Her life was a testament to her unwielding support, compassionate spirit and kindhearted nature. Her light, although now extinguished, will continue to encourage and to guide us all.
Michele is survived by her children Joseph (Jeanmarie) Broomall Sr, Michele Charles, and John (Jennifer) Buckley. Grandchildren Joseph Broomall Jr, Kaitlyn (Dennis) McMaster, Jessica Houser, Michael Romanelli, Jonette Brockway, Ryan and Aidan Buckley and Great Grandchildren Cameron, Emersyn, Mark, Teagan, and Liam. Brother Dennis (Jeanne) Mastriano and niece Katie.

Michele, you were one in a million my friend. I met you when I was 18 yrs old at work and we became forever friends. We had so many great times together and lots of laughter. You and your family were amazing to my son Tommy which I will always hold dear to my heart. RIP my friend…until we meet again. Give a big hug to my parents who also loved you. Love you Buck
I loved your mom, we always considered each other sisters. And best friends. Even though we weren’t able to communicate frequently we always knew we loved each other.
