Mary A. Narcavage Weis, 87 of Middletown, DE formerly of Boothwyn section of Upper Chichester died January 23, 2010 at Broad Meadows Nursing Home Middletown. Born to Anthony and Agnes M. Skunda Narcavage in Kulpmont, PA, where she was reared and educated. She lived in Boothwyn for 45 years before moving to Bear, DE to live with her daughter for seven years. She has been a resident of Broad Meadows for the last three years.
A woman who devoted her life to her home and family. She was later employed by the Franklin Mint for ten years working in the packaging department and also worked as a lead in stamp room. After that she worked for Miller’s Edge in their packaging department.
A longtime member of the Holy Saviour Catholic Church Linwood. An avid reader who enjoyed classic movies, doing word puzzles and waiting on family members.
In addition to her parents she was also predeceased by two children Jean Marie and John Weis. Three brothers William, Alexander and Albert Narcavage and one sister Agnes Krovitskie. Survived by Two sons Edward A. and Anthony Weis. Two daughters Christine M Udinskey and Donna Marie Zinszer. Four grandchildren.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated 10am Saturday at Holy Saviour Catholic Church, 108 E. Ridge Rd., Linwood, PA 19061. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery Elysburg, PA. Friends may call Friday evening after 7pm and after 8:30am Saturday at the Ward Funeral Home, 1459 Market St., Linwood.
