Lucia A. Milo Foley 87 passed away on Tuesday July 8^th at her home in N. Wilmington, DE surrounded by her family. Born in Naples Italy to Pasquale and Nunzia Cappodano Milo before emigrating to the United States in 1951 at the age of 14 settling in Titusville, PA. She received her early education in Italy and then went on to earn her GED in the U.S. in 1975. She was a self-employed Master seamstress in Western PA and Phoenix, AZ before retiring in Northern Delaware. Lucia loved to cook and was known to enjoy a well-made Martini. As a young lady in Italy, Lucia was also an accomplished ballerina and was invited to dance for the Pope. A devout Catholic, Lucia always stayed connected to her faith.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her husband L. Charles Foley died in 1985 and her special friend Ed Rosman. Her siblings Antoinetta and William Clark, Luigi and Barbara Milo and Ciro Milo and 2 nieces and one nephew.  Survived by her five children Victoria (Robert) Barker with whom she made her home in N. Wilmington. Mark (Heather) Foley of Scottsdale, Ariz. Robert Foley of San Diego, John (Tami) Foley also of Scottsdale and Tina (Shawn) Oviatt of Hudson, Ohio. Ten grandchildren and Two great-grandchildren. Sister-in-Law, Sylvia Milo of Carolina Beach, NC and Beth Foley of Candadohta Lake, PA; many nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11^th at 11 am at St. Titus Catholic Church in Titusville, PA.  Friends and family are invited for visitation from 10-11am in Church. Inurnment will follow in St. Catherine’s Cemetery.  A celebration of life will be held at the Titusville Mill in Titusville, PA immediately following the inurnment.
