Karen A. Cubler, 34, of Ridley Park, Pa died Thursday, October 28th, 2010. Born in Chester to Donald Cubler and Mary Wojciechowski, she was reared and educated in the Linwood section of Lower Chichester. She attended Chichester High School and Aston Vo-Tech where she studied hair dressing and cosmetology.

She was a woman who devoted her life to her home and family. She enjoyed shopping, playing shuffleboard and cleaning. She also loved to spend her time and energy helping others. What she enjoyed most was time spent with her children, family and friends.

She was predeceased by her Son, Michael D. Horton Jr. who died in 1995. She was also predeceased by her grandfather, George T. Wojciechowski.

She is survived by 2 Daughters, Vanessa Lynn Horton and Gia Michelle Cubler; 1 Son Jessie Ellis Scholtz; Her Mother, Mary Wojciechowski; Step-Father Edward Steelman; Father Donal Cubler; Step-Father, William Christopher; 2 Sisters, Donna Cubler of Philadelpphia, MaryBeth Steelman of Ridley Park, Pa; 2 Brothers, Shawn Steelman and Shane Steelman of Ridley Park, PA.; 1 niece and 1 nephew.

Her Funeral Service will be celebrated 11am on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home, where there will be a calling from 10-11. Burial will be private.
