Judith M. Hudson, 71, of Boothwyn passed away at her home on June 28th, 2020. She was born in Chester to the late Newsome and Bertha Gaither. Judith was a nurse at Naamans Creek Country Manor Nursing Home for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed going out to eat, bowling, traveling to the beach, and was an avid fan of the Phillies. What she enjoyed most was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Judith had an open door at her home. She would take in and provide for anyone in need.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Linda Carolyn Hudson (2014). She is survived by her children, Barry Gaither (Pam Verdi), Sharon Hudson, and Holly Ciaranca (Tony); husband, Roy Hudson; grandchildren, Barry Jr., Krystal, Victoria, Nickolis, Montana, Billy, Callie, Aaron, Kyle, Savannah, Luc, and Joseph; great-grandchildren, Eric, Evan, Trey, Jaydon, and Joseph, Jr.; sisters, Sandra Burke and Peggy Ellis; brothers, Billy Gaither and Ronald Gaither.
Her funeral service will be held graveside at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Aston, PA on Monday, July 6th at 11:30am. Friends and family are invited to her viewing on Monday morning from 10-11am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA.
