Joseph M. Durbano, Sr., 68, passed away on Thursday, December 7th, 2023. He was born in Linwood, PA to the late Samuel J. and Grace M. Durbano. Joe worked for many years as a truck driver in the construction industry until his recent retirement. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Phillies and Eagles. He enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, and decorating for Christmas. He served as a coach for his kids in Mickey Vernon Little League and Brigantine Softball. He also volunteered his time as a fire fighter.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brothers, Samuel Durbano, Jr., and Gerald Durbano. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Peggy Durbano; children, Kara Durbano, Joseph Durbano, Jr. (Kim), John Chipolla (Eileen), Nicole Loden (Adam), Alicia Durbano (Brandon), Tara Durbano (Dajawn), Frank Durbano (Jen); Brother, Robert Durbano (Gerri); sister, Mary Jo Durbano (Jean); 12 grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
His funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 16th at 1pm. Friends and family are invited for visitation from 12-1pm at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA. Burial will be private.

We coached our daughters in softball. it made us feel good, even though we posted only 2 wins. It was the fun of the game. Joe made it fun.
