John B. Desper III, 54 of the Boothwyn section of Upper Chichester died Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia. Born in Chester to John B. Jr. and Domenica Ditto Desper, John has lived his entire life in Boothwyn and was a graduate of Chichester High School.

He was predeceased by his father John B. Desper, Jr. who died in 2006. Survived by his mother Domenica Ditto Desper with whom John made his home in Boothwyn. Two sisters Gloria Baker of Chester County and Jude Vonderstuck of Garnet Valley. Several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

His funeral Mass will be celebrated 10am Thursday at the Immaculate Conception of Lourdes Catholic Church, 8th and Green Sts., Marcus Hook, Pa. where there will be calling from 9 to 10 at the church. Burial will follow in Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery, Upper Chichester.
