Jennifer L. Tabor-Kolionis, 42, of Claymont, DE passed away on Sunday, December 17^th at Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center.  She was a graduate of Mt, Pleasant High School with the class of 1994.  Jennifer was a fun-loving personality who loved to spend time interacting with and helping people.  She was a creative person who enjoyed personalizing arts and crafts as gifts for family and friends.  What she enjoyed most was spending time with her children.

She is survived by her Husband, Chris Kolionis; Children, Alex Kolionis, Arianna Kolionis and Evelyn Smith; Parents, Arnold Tabor and Jacqueline Toy Robertson; Siblings, Arnold Tabor, Jr. (Christine Kibler), Shawn Tabor, Paul Robertson and Heather Burris; Grandmother, Ruby Tabor.

Friends and family are invited to her viewing on Saturday, December 23^rd from 10-11:30am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA.  A service will immediately follow.  Burial will be private.  Online condolences can be sent through Jwardfuneralhome.com.
