Heather R. Billbrough, 26, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Friday, August 23rd, 2013. Heather was born in Chester and was reared and educated in Delaware. She enjoyed fishing, making arts and crafts and trips to the beach.

She is survived by her Mother and Step-Father, Stephanie and Michael Hogan; Father, Steven Billbrough; Sister, Emily Hogan; Paternal grandparents, Henry and Barbara Billbrough; Many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Friends and family are invited to her funeral on Wednesday, August 28th from 6pm-8pm at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home, 1459 Market St., Linwood, PA 19061. Burial will be private.
