Devon Kristine Sitaras was born on June 29th, 1984 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Chester, PA. She was a happy child, a fast learner and musically inclined like both of her parents and her brother.  She enjoyed singing, playing piano and guitar.  She also participated in karate.  Devon attended Delaware County Community College and worked at the Francis Harvey Green School.  She previously attended Temple University but had to withdraw for personal difficulties.  Devon overcame these difficulties with the help of the Lord Jesus Christ.  She began studying the Bible and was baptized in the Atlantic Ocean along with her mother.  She returned to Temple and graduated with a degree in English and a minor in music.

Devon enjoyed travelling with her boyfriend, Les with whom she took trips to Amsterdam, Spain, France, England, California, Florida and the Grand Canyon.  Tragically, Devon suffered a stroke and never regained consciousness.  She will be missed by her family and friends, and four-legged terrorist in training, Eevee the cat.

She was predeceased by her mother, Cora Sitaras.  She is survived by her father, John Sitaras; brother, Kevin J. Sitaras; long-time boyfriend, Lester Boj; many other relatives and friends.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17th at 11:30am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA.  Friends and family are invited for visitation from 10:30-11:30 at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Lawn Croft Cemetery.
