Denise K. Lombardo, 60, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Friday, March 13^th, 2026.  She was born in Chester and raised in Brookhaven, PA to the late John and Charlotte Shaw.  Denise was a graduate of Sun Valley High School with the class of 1983.  She worked at Scott Paper/Kimberly Clark for 40 years.  Denise enjoyed taking trips to Wildwood.  She also loved her animals, her dogs, Rosie and Ruby, and Cat, Pookie.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Jennifer Lombardo in 1991.

She is survived by her Husband of 40 years, Michael Lombardo; Children, Maria Lombardo, Michael Lombardo, Jr., and Lisa Lombardo; step-daughter, Cynthia Lombardo; grandson, Liam Lombardo.; Siblings, Jacqueline Deldeo, Edward Shaw, John Shaw, and Robert Shaw.

Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 18^th at 11am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, Pa.  Friends and family are invited to her viewing from 10-11am.  Burial will be private.
