Christine M. Peticca, 50, of Linwood passed away on February 26th, 2022. She was born in Chester to the Frank and Christine Yacona. Christine was a graduate of Chichester High School with the class of 1990. Christine was an avid reader. She also liked making art. She loved animals, especially her dogs.
She was predeceased by her mother, Christine Yacona. She is survived by her Fiancée, Cody Boudreaux; father, Frank Yacona; brothers, Frank and Jack McGinnis.
Her funeral service will be held on Friday, March 4th at 11am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA. Friends and family are invited to her viewing from 10-11am. Burial will follow in Lawn Croft Cemetery.
I love you cuz! Really wish you answered your door that day I came by with my brother and our kids. Oh how I miss your messages on Facebook too. Damn, gone too soon. Fly high now angel until we meet again!
Chrissy.. My heart is broken and I will miss you so and our conversations very much. Always there for a friend, I’m going to miss your huge personality, humor and the love of books and our dogs we shared. Since I couldn’t attend yesterday due to distance, I got out all the bookmarks you made me, cards and “doodads” you have sent to me, said a prayer and walked down memory lane. I am grateful I got to know you. You were a gift to all who knew you. My deepest condolences to your family, Cody and your dear friends who cherished you. I’ll remember you always with a smile and know that I was blessed to be able to call you a true friend.
