Charlotte T. “Lottie” Pretti Shaw, 68 of Parkside, Pa. died Wednesday November 11, 2009 at Crozer-Chester Medical Center Upland. She was born in New Philadelphia to Joseph and Mary Vanansky Pretti before moving to Chester where she was reared and educated. She has lived in Parkside for the last 17 years.

She was a woman who devoted her life to her home and family. She enjoyed playing Bingo and bowling.

She is survived by three sons Edward J. Shaw of Trainer, John A. Shaw of Parkside and Robert W. Shaw of Springfield. Two daughters Jacqueline Deldeo and Denise Lombardo both of Linwood. Three brothers James Pretti of Boothwyn, Robert Pretti of Upstate Pa. and Thomas Pretti of Reading. Four sisters Joanne Daniels of Thornton, Margaret “Honey” Chevalette of Boothwyn, Kathleen Pretti of Glen Riddle and Marie Wicker of Texas. Eight grandchildren and One great grand-daughter.

She was also the sister of the late Joseph, Henry and John Pretti and Barbara Trice and her grand-daughter Jennifer Lombardo.

Her funeral service will be celebrated 11am Wednesday at the Ward Funeral Home, 1459 Market St., Linwood where there will be calling from 9:30 to 11. Burial will be private.
