Charles W. Toy, Sr., 76, of Boothwyn, PA died Saturday, March 8, 2014. He was the husband of the late Carolyn Toy and was also predeceased by his 2 sisters, Judy and Diane Toy. He graduated from Eddystone High School where he played football. He was named to the All Delco team while playing both offensive and defensive end.

He retired from Sun Oil after 30 years as a 3rd Mate Merchant Marine. Charles is survived by his children, Jackie Robertson, Donald J. Toy, Sr., Charlie W. Toy, Jr., Connie Toy, Willie Toy, Eddie Toy and Richie Toy; 19 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 4 sisters, Bonnie, Margie, Candy and Loretta.

His funeral service will be celebrated on Friday, March 14th at 11am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home, 1459 Market St., Linwood, PA. Friends and family are invited to his viewing from 10am-11am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Lawn Croft Cemetery.
