Carol L. Berger, 78, of Clementon, NJ passed away on Tuesday, January 24th at her home. She was born to the late Frederick and Leona Bickings and was raised in Haddon Heights. Carol was a graduate of Haddon Heights High School with the class of 1962. Carol worked as an administrative assistant at Rohm and Haas Chemical Company until her retirement. She was a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Barrington, NJ.
Carol was predeceased by her husband, Lee Berger (1984). She is survived by her son Matthew Berger (Annamaria); grandchildren, Nathan and Madison; special friend and caregiver, Tony DeAndrea.
Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 28th at 11:30am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA 19061. Friends and family are invited to her viewing from 10:30-11:30. Burial will be private. Donations in her name can be made to the Camden County Animal Shelter at Donate | Hbpac (homewardboundnj.org)
dear matt annamaria and family sorry to hear of the passing of mom motherinlaw and grand mom we went to wildwood with her son for a day on the boardwalk. she talked about the firecompany in barrington nj also the policemen and go to the audubon shopping center and memories of the barrington vfw she will be missed paul kathy diane harry maurice
