Andrew Joseph Welsh III, 48 of the Boothwyn section of Upper Chichester died Friday November 27, 2009 at Riddle Memorial Hospital, Media. He was born in Chester to Andrew J. Jr. and Helen Yurish Welsh. Andrew was reared and educated in Aston Twp. and graduated from Sun Valley High School with the class of 1979.

He has lived in Boothwyn for the last 11 years. He was employed as a cook for various restaurants in Delco and most recently with the Aramark Corporation at Cardinal O’Hara High School.

He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Allen Welsh. He is survived by his wife of 20 years Donna Van Horn Welsh. One son Christopher A. Welsh at home. One brother Paul Welsh of Feltonville, PA.

His memorial Mass will be celebrated 7:30 Wednesday evening at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, 4225 Chichester Ave., Boothwyn where there will be calling from 6 to 7:30 at the church. Inurnment will be private.
