Obituaries

Alexandra (Sandra) Ferguson Figiel, 82, Died September 5, 2024 at Fair Acres Geriatric Center.   She was reared and educated in Delaware County where she has spent most of her life.  Sandra was a woman who devoted her entire life to her home and family. She enjoyed painting pumpkins and watching movies. What she enjoyed most was spending time with her grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her parents, Robert and Wanda Ferguson; husband, Ralph Figiel; son Richard Figiel; daughters Sandy Walter, and Roberta Kordowski; grandson Kenny Johnson.

She is survived by her sons Walter and Thomas Bernard; Nine grandchildren, Stanley Kordowski, Jr., Jennifer Kordowski, Walter, Brian, Holly, Tommy and Zachary Bernard, Charles and Robert Walter. Twenty great-grandchildren and two great- great grandchildren; Four siblings. Dave, Bob, Joe Ferguson, Dee Reynolds.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday, September 13th at 2pm at the Ward funeral home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA.  Friends and family are invited for visitation from 1 to 2. Burial will be private.
