Kaison Daniel Smith – 10/23/2021

October 25th, 2021

Kaison Daniel Smith, aged 3 days, died peacefully in his mother’s arms in the early morning of October 23rd, 2021 at Bryn Mawr Hospital in Bryn Mawr PA. After struggling with a severe brain injury at child birth, he passed away gently into the arms of Jesus.

Kaison is the beautiful son of Samantha Clements and Levon Smith Jr. They awaited his birth with joyful expectation. He was surrounded by his loving family prior to his death and during his baptism by Father Gleason. He was loved by all who met him and by all who prayed for him. While his time on this earth was brief, the connection we felt with him will last a lifetime. We will never forget our sweet baby boy.

Visitation for our beautiful boy Kaison will be held Thursday, October 28th, 2021 from 7 pm-8pm followed by a funeral service at 8pm at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market Street, Linwood, PA 19061. Burial is Private.

In addition to his parents, Kaison is survived by his big sister Harper Grace Leisey-Clements; Aunt Chloe Reese; Maternal grandparents Maureen and Daniel Reese; Paternal grandparents Timothy Karpin and Kimberly Gonzalez; Maternal Great Grandmother Lois Clements of Upper Chichester PA; Great Grandparents Colleen and Richard Reese of Sewell NJ; Paternal Grandmother Regina Studzinski of Delaware; Godmother and cousin Meghan Clements; Godfather and cousin Brian Stekowicz Jr.; Aunt Tessa Karpin; Aunt Amber Karpin; Aunt Julia Leisey; Great Aunts Madeline, Kristen, and Kathleen Clements; Great Uncle Rick Reese and Great Aunt Alice (Suplee) Reese; Uncle Huzi Kapadia; Cousins Christopher Clements Daly, Shannon Daly, Andrew Hansell, Matthew Reese, Kirstin Reese, Hailey Reese and Amelia Grace; numerous cousins, great aunts, great uncles, relatives and friends who loved Kaison very much.
