Helen O. Swerediuk Chilkotowsky, 82, of Boothwyn passed away on Sunday, March 17th, 2013 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. She was predeceased by her Husband, Roland Chilkotowsky who died in 1974; sons Roland and Joseph Chilkotowsky; 4 siblings. She is survived by her Daughters, Katherine Schneider (Michael), Alice Cooper (Steve) and Patricia Chilkotowsky; Sons, Michael Chilkotowsky (Susan), Alexander Chilkotowsky, Stanley Chilkotowsky, Paul Chilkotowsky (Barbara) and David Chilkotowsky (Wendy); 4 Siblings; 14 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.

Her funeral service and burial will be held on Thursday, March 21st at 10:30am graveside at Cavalry Cemetery, 235 Matsonford Rd., Conshohocken, PA.
