Eileen M. Burns, 84, of Linwood, Pa died Monday, November 14th, 2011 at Wallingford Nursing Home. She was born in Philadelphia where she was reared and educated. Eileen worked as a waitress for many years in several restaurants throughout the area. She was a woman who was dedicated to her home and family.

She was predeceased by her son Edward Burns; Daughters, Linda Burns and Susan Burns; Brother, James Tucker. She is survived by her Daughter, Judith Burns; Sons Robert Burns, Richard Burns and James Burns; 9 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held in her honor on Friday, November 25th at 8 pm at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home, 1459 Market St., Linwood, Pa. Friends and family are invited to call from 7pm-8pm. Burial will be private.
