William Monaco, 91 of the Twin Oaks section of Upper Chichester died Thursday June 24, 2010 at Riddle Memorial Hospital, Media. Born in Marcus Hook, he spent most of his life in Upper Chichester.

A supervisor for the Capano Construction Corp. in Wilmington, DE for many years. He enjoyed time spent outdoors especially gardening in his yard.

Husband of the late Mabel Wallace Monaco, who died in 2007. Survived by one son William W. Monaco of Marcus Hook and one daughter Mary Brauer of Wilmington, DE. Two grand-daughters, three great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren..

His funeral service will be 2pm Tuesday, June 29th at the Ward Funeral Home, 1459 Market St., Linwood where there will be calling from 1 to 2pm. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Aston.
