Eileen H. Shields McNeal, 93 of the Boothwyn section of Upper Chichester died Monday May 31st at Fair Acres Geriatric Center, Lima. Born in Chester to James J. and Hannah Ansty Shields. She lived in Boothwyn for the last 52 years.
She was a woman who devoted her life to her home and family. She enjoyed listening to all different types of music and upon request could name the singer and songwriter of almost any song. She enjoyed dancing. Wife of the late Herman A. McNeal who died in 1986. Survived by one daughter, Barbara Pierce with whom her mother made her home in Boothwyn. Three sons William McNeal of Boothwyn, Larry McNeal of Bethel Township and Charles McNeal of Linwood. Eleven grandchildren, Eleven great-grandchildren and Three great-great-grandchildren. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am Friday at Holy Saviour Catholic Church, Linwood. Burial will follow in Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood.
