Ina Fay Fitzwater, nee Hash, 81 years old passed away July 12, 2008 at Crozer Chester Medical Center Upland. Born and raised in Oxford PA to the late Carl I. and Rose I. Poole Hash, Mrs. Fitzwater has been a resident of the Linwood Section of Lower Chichester since 1957. She had been a resident of Chester, Jennersville, and Oxford PA before settling in Linwood.

She was employed as a secretary and bookkeeper for the US Navy Department in Bainbridge MD, she also was employed with Trans World Airlines in the New Castle DE office, and Action Automotive of Chester, and Encore Dinner Theater in Concordville, all of which she was a secretary and bookkeeper.

She was a longtime member of Linwood United Methodist Church and volunteered with fundraising for various charities in the area. She was an avid reader and loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and sister.

She was predeceased by her husband Brennie Lee Fitzwater in 2004, and her parents Carl I. and Rose I. Hash, 1 sister Eunetta Phillippe, and 1 brother Ralph Hash.

She is survived by her 2 sons and their wives Dennis (Debbie) Fitzwater of Boyninton Beach FL, and Scott (Connie) Fitzwater of Wilmington DE, and 1 daughter and her husband Brenda (David) Romasko, of Bear DE, 1 brother Edwin Hash of Oxford PA, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service, Wednesday 12 noon in Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home. Inc., 1459 Market St., Linwood where a viewing will be held Tuesday evening 7-9 and Wednesday morning 11-12 with burial in lawn Croft Cemetery.
